Care: Cashmere requires gentle care to preserve its softness and delicate fibres. Always fold your cashmere garments rather than hanging them, as this can stretch the shoulders and alter their shape. Hand wash in cool water or entrust the garment to a specialist cleaner. After washing, lay it flat to dry, away from direct sunlight and heat. Some pilling is natural in genuine cashmere, particularly in areas exposed to friction. Carefully remove it with a cashmere comb; this generally becomes less frequent over time. During warmer months, store your cashmere folded in a breathable bag with cedar protection. Avoid plastic storage, which can trap moisture.
